Patricia Weiss is an Associate of Auxo Investment Partners with focus in Management and Operations of Auxo portfolio companies, helping them to reach their full potential and maximize value.

Prior to joining Auxo, Patricia spent 4 years as a Consultant and Manager working with global organizations across industries on various Supply Chain related challenges. She dealt primarily with fortune 500 companies which spanned across industries such as Chemicals, Automotive, Professional Services, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Device. Patricia led and supported various operational projects related to PPM (Product Portfolio Management), R&D Portfolio Growth Synergies, Automation, Rapid Changeover, Preventative Maintenance, Operating Model Effectiveness (Tax Effective Supply Chain Management), Supply Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.

Prior to consulting global organizations, Patricia obtained her MBA from Michigan State University. During her MBA she worked as Consultant and eventually led Spartan Consulting Inc. as their CEO. She also holds an MPH (Masters in Public Health) with focus in Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment, a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Biology, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is working on completing the CPIM (Certification in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS.

Patricia is originally from Graz, Austria and fluent in German. She recently moved from Chicago and currently resides in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her partner and two dogs.
