Max Keenoy

Principal

Max Keenoy is a Principal at Auxo Investment Partners where he focuses on the management and operations of Auxo portfolio companies. In this role he supports the management teams of portfolio companies on strategic decisions and initiatives that help grow revenues, improve operations, and maximize value.

Prior to joining Auxo Max worked at Steelcase, a Fortune 1000 industrial company, where he focused on strategy, operations, and technology topics. Before joining Steelcase Max was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in their Chicago office where he served clients across the industrial, aerospace, and healthcare sectors on a variety of topics such as growth strategy, operational improvement, analytics, M&A, and digital transformation.

Before joining McKinsey Max worked in the mining industry in Mozambique, where he created a professional services firm that helped clients invest in the country, and co-founded a number of early-stage mining exploration companies focused on iron-ore and graphite assets.

A native of Spain, Max holds a BS in Economics and a BA in Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business where he was a Wallman Scholar. He resides with his wife and their two daughters in Grand Rapids.
