Michael Tedori

Michael Tedori is a Vice President of Auxo Investment Partners. He focuses on the sourcing of investment opportunities, qualification & analyses, and management of North America-based middle market companies, in addition to establishing new limited partner relationships.

Michael has more than 12 years of experience assisting venture and middle market private companies achieve their true growth potential. He was involved in the origination and evaluation efforts of venture & private equity transactions at The Gores Group, Grupo Diarq, Quasar Ventures, and Blackford Capital while focusing primarily on business development, investment analysis, and investor relations.

At The Gores Group, he sourced proprietary industrials opportunities and prepared investment recommendations for the company’s $2.1bn global private equity fund, primarily focused on operational transformation of small-cap & middle market companies. Prior to joining Auxo, he was responsible for driving healthcare investments for Grupo Diarq, a family office investment firm headquartered in Mexico City. At Grupo Diarq, he led investment efforts for wellness real estate development and emerging & mature wellness investment opportunities across North America, Latin America, Japan, and Europe.

Michael holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies & Japanese Language from the University of Pennsylvania.
